We strive to get our in stock orders shipped out and on their way to you the same day when the order is received before 3:00PM Eastern Time ET Monday-Friday and before 11:00AM ET on Saturday. Sunday and holiday orders ship the next business day. Out of stock items are typically noted as such online and will take longer to ship. Your 100% satisfaction is our unique passion. This is why we carefully select and test each product before we offer it to you. We are an in-house Customer Service Department - we are not outsourced overseas. We have the products here and can answer any question you have online or by telephone. We care about the environment. While many stores use plastic, plastic and more plastic to pack their boxes, we use recyclable kraft paper. It may not be as "pretty" but it will help save the planet for our children and their children. In some cases we have to use plastic bubble wrap or packing peanuts to ensure fragile items arrive safely. We use the smallest amount necessary and we purchase peanuts which are biodegradable. We test our site daily to ensure we are safe from computer corruption using the industry standard, Hacker Safe. In addition, all credit card information is encrypted by Verisign. We will never sell, rent, distribute or disclose any information about you (e.g., email address, phone number) or your order (e.g., items purchased). You can shop with confidence that we are a secure web store and will always respect your privacy. At Tiddley Widdley we also recognize that shopping online does not provide the opportunity to touch-and-feel the product before you buy it. We are constantly told how beautiful our products are in person and we want you to look it over and decide for yourself. This is why we offer 90 day returns. So take your time and enjoy the quality of each special item you purchase and if you aren't happy then return it.  Another difference at Tiddley Widdley is that we keep all of our items in stock and ship direct from our store. Drop ship items can take weeks to ship from the manufacturer and we realize you want your order right away. This is why we keep plenty of items on hand to ship out the same day (if the order is received before 3:00 PM EST). If an item is not in stock we do our best to note this online and re-order it immediately.  We ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and PO Boxes as well as Canada, and select countries within Europe, Asia, Australia. Wondering about our name? The name Tiddley Widdley is derived from expressions in two special books: Winnie-the-Pooh by A.A. Milne and The Tale of Mrs. Tittlemouse by Beatrix Potter.
