Tiddley Widdley does carry a limited selection of toys that were manufactured in China. We strive to ensure all the products we sell comply with strict European safety standard (CE), United States safety standards of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) as well as voluntary safety standards set forth by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). Look for the
symbol to know that a product has been tested and certified via the CE European standards. As of January 2008, we have contacted each of the toy companies who manufacture products in China and have asked them to confirm that their products are made with non-toxic, lead-free paints or dyes, that they have been tested, and that they are safe for children. Any company who was not able to make this statement to us has had their products removed from our web site. Is it safe to buy online from Tiddley Widdley?
Tiddley Widdley uses secure server processing for all orders. This means your credit card and other important information are encrypted when sent from your computer to the Tiddley Widdley store. We also will never sell, rent, reuse or disclose any information about you (e.g., email address, credit card, phone number) or your order. You can shop with confidence that we are a secure web store and will respect your privacy.
What is the status of my order?

You can also check online by logging into your account found under the My Account tab at the top of the screen and then clicking on the Past Orders link.
How do I return a purchase or exchange an item?
A description of our 90 Day Return Policy can be found on the Returns page. This will provide information about how to return all items we sell. We kindly request you read this before returning an item. Please ship all returns or exchanges to the following address:

When will my order ship?
All orders ship the same day when received before 3:00PM ET on Monday-Friday. Orders will ship same day on Saturday if the order is received before 11:00AM ET. Please contact Customer Service with any questions regarding shipping schedules (including holidays) at CustomerService@TiddleyWiddley.com.
What are the Clearance Item categories?
All of our clearance items are considered a final sale, which means they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This way we can offer you unbelievable prices.
Each clearance item will have a category with it so you know the condition of the item before buying:
Overstock = These items are new from the manufacturer and in excellent condition. We simply have too many of them and need to move them out to make room for even more terrific stuff.
Discontinued = These items are in new condition but are last years models and no longer available from the manufacturer.
