How much does it cost to ship my order?Shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order, the shipping method you chose during checkout and the destination address. We provide U.S. and worldwide shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and Federal Express. You can view specific charges during checkout or contact us at CustomerService@TiddleyWiddley.com for a quote.
When will my order ship?
We ship all in stock orders same day when the order is received before 3:00PM ET Monday-Friday and before 11:00AM ET on Saturday. Orders received on Sunday or holidays will be shipped the following business day. If there are any delays in shipping Tiddley Widdley will notify you via email.
Did I see that you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on purchases totaling $75.00 or more. Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping within the continental United States only. An oversized shipping charge may still apply.
What is an Oversized Shipping Charge?
The Oversized Shipping Charge only applies to large or bulk weight items. The charge is a flat rate of $10.00 for each oversized item. The charge is added during checkout and is clearly marked on your invoice as a separate item. When will my order arrive?
If you place your order before 3:00PM ET Monday through Friday or 11:00AM Saturday we will ship same day; otherwise, we will ship the following business day. The arrival time then depends on the shipping method selected as well as the carrier. The following list shows the approximate times provided by each carrier within the continential United States:

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes in the United States?
Yes. We will ship to a Post Office Box via the United States Postal Service (USPS) delivery service. Simply select any USPS option at the time of checkout to take advantage of this service. If you have any questions about delivery to a P.O. Box or any other special delivery address please contact Customer Service at CustomerService@TiddleyWiddley.com.
Yes. We will ship to any valid Military/APO address. This is a delivery service provided only by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Simply select any USPS option at the time of checkout to take advantage of this service. Please note that delivery times vary greatly depending on the APO zip code and shipping service selected. If you have any questions about delivery to a Military/APO address please contact Customer Service at CustomerService@TiddleyWiddley.com.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
At this time we ship to Canada, Great Britain and other select countries via our online store. Shipping rates are based on the location and shipping method selected. We kindly request that all duties, taxes and customs charges be paid by the recipient of the package.
